• Max Koenig

24-year-old, European entrepreneur and activist fighting climate change and chronic diseases with food as an agent of change.

Finding a career in finance unfulfilling, Max began to wonder how he could best use his time and energy to help fight the world’s most pressing issues. Combined with concern over his grandfather’s declining health and diagnosis with multiple chronic diseases, Max left his position and embarked on a 3-month research period to find a cure and change both of their futures.

Through this personal experience and in conjunction with extensive research, Max realized food is at the direct intersection of the health of both humans and nature and that shifting the way we consume food today can solve some of the most urgent global problems -- climate change, inequity, human health, rising population and the decline of biodiversity.

Hence began Max’ journey to build a business aimed to accelerate the distribution of nutrition for human and planetary longevity.

We have created meals that are tailored to the needs of recreational and professional athletes.

Sustainability is also a key focus for Earth Company. The company utilizes unattractive produce that would typically be discarded, combating the issue of approximately 20% of produce being wasted due to its appearance.
